Rogelio Octavio Dumanoir Jiménez

Mr. Dumanoir has more than 40 years of experience as structural engineer. He has participated in different highway construction projects, road structures and buildings design, as well as bridge design and construction.

In the Ministry of Public Works of Panama, he has held the positions of Minister of Public Works, Vice Minister and America’s Bridge Maintenance Chief Engineer. He has also been hired as Presidential Adviser in the Republic of Panama in the public works field.

  • Design of the post-tensioned box girder access viaducts of the Third Bridge over the Panama Canal (530m main span).
  • Design of the road interchange to Ciudad del Norte, Northern Corridor, Tinajitas Toll (52m span)
  • Design of the bridge over the Tapia river, Northern Corridor (55m span)
  • Design of the road interchange in Las Lajas (52m span) and of the bridge over the Naranjal stream, (50m span), both at the Northern Corridor, Phase II

Boris Alberto Gómez Espino

Boris Gómez, with more than 20 years of professional experience, has participated in different water and sanitation design, infrastructures design, road design, earthworks, rainwater management and public utilities relocation projects. He has also carried out several environmental impact assessments.

He has worked as director, project manager, consultant and planner in many projects in countries such as Panama, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, Honduras, Guatemala, United States, British Virgin Islands, Dominican Republic, Haiti and Jordan, among others.

Gabriel Berditchevsky

Civil Engineer with a specialty in Geotechnics, he has more than 25 years of professional performance. He has directed important projects for the design, supervision and maintenance of roads and bridges, and has won international awards for his work in the field.

He has extensive experience in engineering works monitoring and control systems, which have been successfully applied in various countries in the region, such as Guatemala, Chile, Mexico and Panama.

Between 1994 and 2005 he has been a specialist in Soils and Pavements, Country Manager and Director of Roads for The Louis Berger Group Inc., USA, with professional activities in more than 20 countries.

In 2005 he founded Gisystems S.A., a company specialized in supervision of engineering projects and programs, using high-tech tools.

He is currently part of the executive board of the Firma Planning y Desarrollo S.A.
